Company Policies
At Different Perspective Training Ltd. (DPTrainingUK), we believe that transparency and accountability are the foundations of a trustworthy training provider.
The policies below govern every aspect of how we operate — from how we recruit and support our staff, to how we protect children and vulnerable adults, handle your personal data, and respond if something goes wrong. Together they reflect our commitments under current UK legislation, including our obligations relating to Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding, Data Protection, and Modern Slavery.
All policies are reviewed annually in March and updated whenever legislation or best practice requires it. The version number and review date are displayed on every document.
If you have any questions about any of our policies, please contact Matt ILOTT at matt@DPTrainingUK.com or call our office on 01488 685497.
HSEC Risk Assessments
DPTrainingUK takes a Risk-Benefit approach to health and safety — recognising that managed exposure to challenge and risk is central to effective learning, whilst never compromising the safety and wellbeing of delegates, staff, or the public.
The documents below underpin the safe delivery of all our programmes. Our two Risk-Benefit Evaluations cover the foreseeable risks associated with our Scenario Based Training and Outdoor Focused Programmes respectively, whilst the Site-Specific Risk Assessment Proforma is completed by our Trainer/ Assessors at every venue before every course.
These are living documents, reviewed annually and updated whenever a new hazard is identified. All our Trainers are fully briefed on their contents before every deployment.
For any queries relating to Health & Safety on our programmes, please contact Matt ILOTT at matt@DPTrainingUK.com or call our office on 01488 685497.
